Hen came onboard to sell our property when we were looking at other houses to purchase. Christine and myself found him to full of enthusiastic energy and positive attitude. He found a buyer real quick. We had issues with council and LINZ as we had done permitted changes to the house and he worked out a solution to allow the sale to go through.
